It seems noteworthy to mention that daf 57, which is the daf we were to learn on Tisha B'Av has a little רמז to תשעה באב. Rebbe Yirmiya stated that the people who live in Bavel are fools - for they live in a dark land, they say over gloomy statements. The Gemora in Sanhedrin brings the passuk in Eicha במחשכים הושיבני and expounds it to mean that it is referring to Talmud Bavli.

The Gemara says when Titus stabbed the paroches and saw the blood, he thought that he had killed “es atzmo”, a reference to G-d. I’ve heard from many different sources that this is the meaning behind what the Hagaddah says in connection with the wicked son “he removed es atzmo” – he leaves G-d out of the equation.
Isn't there a shaila by tefilas maariv as to the teitch of וגאלו מיד חזק ממנו - and therefore how to read it as well (where to pause)?
